LEVEL 1-2 SUPPORT
Protactics has a support and maintenance model that guarantees on-site Level 1 and 2 assistance.
- Level 1: composed of certified technicians.
- Level 2: leaders who oversee the management of these technicians.
- Level 3: composed of factory expert engineers available 24/7.
- Within the support scheme, HSEQ personnel and administrative staff are included.
TRAINING
We guarantee operational and functional training, as well as training in compliance with Decree 2155, with a specific emphasis on radiological safety.
MAINTENANCE
Protactics includes preventive and corrective maintenance for the equipment within its support and maintenance option.
PARTS INVENTORY
Protactics plans to have on-site kits of new and original factory parts to ensure service availability.
PARTS LOGISTICS
Protactics cuenta con un amplio manejo logístico de partes en términos de trámites aduaneros, para garantizar la agilidad en los procesos.
REPORTS-INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We guarantee having full traceability of the support with:
- Reports of each task performed on the equipment
- Equipment life history
- Checklists
- Work Orders
All this information is managed through a CMMS-Fracttal, ensuring real-time online information.
